Important Note - Before Logging into Terra Dotta for the First Time:
Once you pay your tuition deposit, you will receive your HU login credentials up to 24 hours later. You can find your login credentials in the credential letter located at Apply.HarrisburgU.edu/apply/status
How to Log into Terra Dotta:
1. You will receive a Welcome Email for Terra Dotta 1-2 days after receiving your credentials. If you are accessing Terra Dotta for the first time, please use the link in the Welcome Email. If this is not your first time, please go to ISO.HarrisburgU.edu
2. Click the Student Login button on the upper right corner and enter your HU credentials and complete the authentication: 
3. Once you are logged in, this is what the landing page should look like if you are a new student and have not received an I-20 yet:
4. Make sure that you fill out all of the required sections of the request (for example: recommendations, questionnaires) and upload all required documents, if any.
Terra Dotta does not send confirmation emails. Our normal processing time is 3-5 business days. Updates about your request will be sent to your HU email address.
Note: If you log into Terra Dotta and do not land on the landing page shown in step #3, please log out and log back in.
