Important Note - Before Logging into Terra Dotta for the First Time:
Once you pay your tuition deposit, you will receive your HU login credentials up to 24 hours later. You can find your login credentials in the credential letter located at https://apply.harrisburgu.edu/apply/status
How to Log into Terra Dotta:
1. Go to https://iso.harrisburgu.edu/
2. Hover over the menu options on the left (circled) to find the request type you need (i.e., New Students, Current Students, etc.)
3. Click on the green "Request" button and then click on "Log in with HU Credentials"
4. Enter your HU login credentials
5. Select an available term
6. Make sure that you fill out all of the required sections of the request (for example: recommendations, questionnaires) and upload all required documents (if any)
7. Click the "Submit my Request for Processing" button when you are finished. If you do not click this button, your request will not be submitted to the queue for review by the ISO.
8. You will receive the following confirmation message that your request has been submitted for processing:
Terra Dotta does not send confirmation emails, however when you successfully complete the request you should see the above confirmation message in a green box.
Please Note: Our normal processing time is 3-5 business days. Updates about your request will be sent to your HU email.
